Packing my bags

I have my first airplane trip coming up where I get my OWN seat and carry-on luggage allotment. It's very exciting. I even have my own frequent flier number. And now, I'm all ready to go because I have my very own rolling duffel bag to tow around the airport. Check it out! I am going to be the coolest passenger on the plane. Here's me giving my Baby Monkey and Big Monkey a little ride through the house.

Visiting the Windy City

I took another trip to Chicago with my parents the other weekend. Overall, it was a pretty good trip. We stayed with our friends Emily and Joe and they had pumpkin cake at their house. Then, we went to the Science Museum, and we had chocolate cake with our lunch there! Pretty much a perfect trip. I'm not sure why we don't have any pictures of the cake eating, since that was definitely the best part of the trip.
Well, at the science museum, before we had cake, we saw a bunch of trains and I even got to climb into an engine. We saw a submarine and I watched some baby chicks.
After we had cake, we saw a space exhibit. Pretty cool!

Getting ready for spring

Last weekend we went to a store and bought a bunch of seeds and a nice big bag of dirt.
Here's me helping my mom put some seeds in the dirt.
I put in seeds for tomatoes, peppers, lettuce and basil. I just hope they don't expect me to eat any of those things if they actually grow.

Letting MOM cut my hair

Mom thought she could give me a more stylish cut than Dad does with his clippers. So, after some convincing, I agreed to sit on a chair.

Look how good I'm being! I didn't even get M 'n Ms. I'd better bring that up with Mom. Ok, so there was some Monkey George to watch. That helped take my mind off of all the clipping and tickling.

Trying hard

Well, there's a simple reason why I haven't updated you guys for such a long time. My parents just don't take my picture anymore. Used to be that a guy could get his picture taken just for rolling over or eating. Well, those days are gone. I've been doing all kinds of cool, fun stuff, but no one's bothered to pull out the camera. SO, I'm going to have to tell you about getting my HAIR CUT and planting seeds and new pajamas. I can't explain how my parents decide to take pictures. First, some of the awesome things I've done without getting my picture taken:
1. wading through the snow and sledding withOUT crying
2. riding my bike SO FAST all around the park and the house
3. going to the zoo
4. playing trains at Science Center, Creation Station, my house, the library
5. doing really good scary, sad, happy, surprised, frowning, angry faces
